Guests acknowledge that participation in wellness-related activities and use of wellness-oriented amenities may involve inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, disability, or death.

Amenities may include but are not limited to:

• saunas,
• cold plunges,
• hot tubs,
• fitness equipment,
• meditation facilities,
• yoga spaces,
• wellness technologies,
• recovery equipment,
• outdoor activities.

Assumption of Risk

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and use.

Guest Acknowledgments

Guests acknowledge that:

• Beacon By Owner does not supervise wellness activities;
• Beacon By Owner does not provide medical advice;
• wellness claims are not guaranteed;
• Guests are responsible for determining their own physical condition and suitability.

Release and Hold Harmless

Guests release and hold harmless Beacon By Owner, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from use of any property or wellness amenity.

Medical Consultation

Guests should consult qualified medical professionals before participating in wellness activities.

Acceptance

By using the Platform or booking a property, Guest acknowledges acceptance of this waiver.
